Frequently Asked Questions

  • RSVP

RSVP stands for “Respondez s’il vous plait” which means “Please respond” in French. Essentially, responding to an RSVP is crucially important as this is the only way to confirm your attendance to the event.

Responding on or before February 14, 2025 will help us finalize our guest list.

  • Do I need to answer the RSVP form?

Yes, please! RSVP Form responses will let us know if you will be confirming or declining your attendance to Zoe’s debut celebration. We will be needing your formal RSVP to consolidate guest details and finalize the headcount for catering and seating arrangement purposes.

  • I received an invitation but forgot to submit my RSVP form, can I still show up at the event?

Unfortunately, those who were not able to submit their responses before February 14, 2025 will be considered as not attending. Hence, we won’t be able to accommodate unexpected guests.

  • I confirmed my attendance to the event, but need to cancel, what should I do?

As sad as this will make us feel as we really want you to be a part of Zoe’s coming of age celebration, we do understand that there are unforeseen circumstances we cannot avoid. If cancelling is inevitable, we would appreciate it if you could inform us as early as possible to arrange table seat assignments and inform the coordinators and/or other vendors, if necessary.

  • Are we allowed to bring a plus one or other guests?

No. The RSVP form and Invitation is exclusive per one guest only. It is a strict 1 invitation : 1 guest ratio. If the name given to the coordinators is not on the guestlist, they will not allow entry.

  • I received an invitation, can I send the invitation link to other people so they can RSVP as well?

No. The only valid RSVP responses are from guests who received the invitation link directly from Zoe or either of the parents.

  • I will be attending the event, but can I be late?

In respect and love for Zoe and her family, it is highly encouraged and expected that guests arrive early; especially attendies who are part of the program. While late guests will still be accepted, any late arrivals can distract and disrupt the ongoing program and its flow. It would be greatly appreciated if everyone will arrive before 4:30 PM.

Those arriving early will be able to enjoy some of Zoe’s favorite snacks which will be served exactly by 4PM.

  • I will be attending the event, but can I sit anywhere?

Please don’t. Upon arrival, please ask the coordinators where your designated table is. Rest assure that we have thoroughly discussed, planned and mapped out everything. We also made sure that each and everyone of the guests will be seated with someone they know or close to.

If there are any concerns, the coordinators will be more than happy to assist you.

  • I said “No” to the RSVP but I had a change of plans - I can attend now! What should I do?

Please check with us first. Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list. Kindly inform us as soon as possible once your schedule clears up, so we can try to accommodate you. If seats become available, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Please do not attend unannounced, as we may not have any available seats for you.

  • Can we bring our kids to the party?

As much as we’d love to extend the invitations to everyone, this is strictly an ALL ADULTS event. We hope you understand and still enjoy the event.

  • Is there a parking space available for my car?

Although there are parking spaces allotted for the guests, unfortunately, there are only 15 parking slots provided by Enderun for Zoe’s event to share, and it will be on a first come, first serve basis. It would be helpful to answer the RSVP question pertaining to this so we can gauge as to how many cars we should expect and plan ahead of time if there aren’t enough parking space for everyone. In addition to the 15 allotted parking for Zoe’s guests, Enderun Campus have an additional 50 slots. But do note that this is a shared parking space between the students, faculties, employees, and guests from both Enderun Tent and Atrium Event Venues.

If in case that Enderun’s parking is already full, you can park at the Venice Grand Canal Mall which is just across the venue.

Arriving early will really have an advantage.

  • I am planning to drive going to the event but I am not sure if I’ll be tempted to drink. What should I do?

To keep everyone perfectly safe while still having fun, if you think that you might want to drink during the event, we suggest that it is best to either get a designated driver who will stay sober during the party, carpool with someone, book from a ride-share company, or rent a room near the venue. We discourage driving under the influence and highly encourage responsible drinking.

  • I am Zoe’s friend, will I be allowed or be served alcoholic drinks?

For the younger guests who are planning to drink alcoholic beverages during the party, the attendee's parents will need to write and sign a Consent Letter using their own email addresses and send it to Mommy Russel’s email address at russelremigio@gmail.com.

This is the only way the younger guests can be included on the Mobile Bar Unli Alak Access List.

  • I totally forgot about the Consent Letter, I’ll just ask directly from the Bartenders to give me drinks.

It is best for you to secure your parent’s letter of consent 3 days before the event. Only those with secured consent letters (submitted 3 days before Zoe’s debut) will be listed on the Mobile Bar Unli Alak Access List. Upon event registration, the coordinators will check your names for both the Guest List and Unli Alak Access List. Once they have confirmed your eligibility for alcoholic drinks, they will then give you a literal stamp of approval. This is what the younger guests will need to show the bartenders to be able to order and get their drinks.

  • I’m not comfortable wearing formal or semi-formal clothes, can I just wear something casual?

No! Following the dress code is strictly required. We hope that this event will be a fun excuse for you to dress up and be fab! There is also a color palette to comply with and we highly encourage everyone to dress appropriately. But to compromise, we will be allowing somewhat casual attires during the After Party ONLY.

**Strictly: No Jeans, rugged or polo shirt, slippers, shorts, sando etc. No Light and/or Vibrant colors. And NO black attires (black are reserved for the Debutant's Parents and Cotillion members ONLY) . THANK YOU!**

  • Aside from monetary gifts, what else can I give the celebrant?

We know that one of the hardest things we all encounter esp when attending events or simply just gifting someone, is looking for something that they actually like, interested in and/or needed. For everyone’s mental health, we will be creating a gift idea list/gift registration and will be attaching a link (or a qr code) accessible to all guests. The link is at the Gift Guide section of the invitation but it won’t be available until next week.

  • When is the appropriate time to leave?

This event took us more than a year of planning, countless tears, sleepless nights and neverending banters. So please, DO NOT EAT AND RUN!

We want you to have fun! Let's laugh, take pictures, make memories, and enjoy the party!

  • Am I allowed to take pictures during the event?

It is highly encouraged and suggested for everyone that whenever they feel like capturing moments of the event to snap and share their videos, photos, or even messages on our snap & share folder. Just scan the QR code provided on the invitation and on each table. Everyone with the QR code and link can add photos, videos and messages during and even after the event. We would love to see them from someone else’s eyes and perspectives.

  • How can I help the celebrant have a great time during her event?

    • Hope and wish with us for a favorable weather.

    • RSVP as soon as your schedule is cleared and submit it on or before the deadline.

    • Dress appropriately and follow the dress code.

    • Be on time.

    • Follow the seating arrangement.

    • Stay until the end of the program.

Lastly, join the activities and enjoy! Let’s create a night that eveyrone will remember forever!

REMINDER

RSVP stands for “Respondez s’il vous plait” which means “Please respond” in French. Essentially, responding to an RSVP is crucially an important factor for any event. Submitting all your responses will be highly appreciated as it is the only way to confirm your attendance to the event or if you are unavailable and won’t be able to attend. As much as we really wish to celebrate with all of you, we're afraid that we need to follow our guest list.

Your response before February 14, 2025 will help us finalize our guest list.

NO RSVP, NO GUEST SEAT RESERVATION

Thank you for your kindness and understanding.
