"MY ANSWERED PRAYER"

When I was a teenager, I prayed for someone who would truly love me and share the same faith and beliefs as I do. Growing up in a Christian family, my faith was such an important part of my life, so I knew it was important to find someone who felt the same way. Back then, though, I wasn’t actively seeking a relationship. I simply trusted that when the time was right, God would bring the right person into my life.

Then, Nico came into my life. At first, I was a little confused. He wasn’t exactly what I had imagined or prayed for, so I prayed again, asking God to guide me and show me His will. What I didn’t realize at the time was that God was already working in ways I couldn’t see, with a much bigger plan for us than I could have ever imagined.

Looking back now, I see how God used me to help bring Nico closer to Him. God worked in his heart in ways only He could. Nico is such a gentleman—respectful, sweet, caring, loving, hardworking, and someone who truly values everything. I can see that God's grace never fails me. I thought to myself, "My prayers have been answered." Like any couple, we’ve faced challenges, of course, but we’ve always turned to God for strength, trusting that He would guide us through it all. As we kept God at the center of our relationship, our bond only grew stronger, and that made all the difference.

Now, as we step into this new chapter of our lives, I’m filled with so much excitement and gratitude. All these years, I’ve felt loved, cared for, and respected in every way. And I can’t wait to take this journey, knowing that I will be walking through it with MY ANSWERED PRAYER.

Groom's Story

"THE GREATEST GIFT."

I’ve actually known Aina since we were kids, but I only saw her around the neighborhood. We weren’t close, so I never expected, nor did I have any idea, that she would someday be the one I’d marry. She would only visit Bataan during school breaks since she lived in Pampanga. However, in 2016, her family permanently moved to Balanga, and that’s when her aunt introduced her to me. We started chatting, and soon we were talking regularly. Aina is incredibly kind, beautiful, smart, and has such strong faith, which made it easy for me to fall for her. I was hard-headed and had bad habits, but she didn’t give up on me, and that’s when I realized she was the one—the one who would love me through ups and downs. I have come to understand the true meaning of love because of her. She’s also the reason I came to know the Lord. God changed me, and He gave me Aina. My life, which once seemed aimless, now has direction. Before, my life was a mess, but when she came into it, everything changed. My world, once dull, suddenly became colorful. I am so thankful to the Lord for blessing me with someone like her. She is THE GREATEST GIFT God has ever given me and I promise to protect and love her all the way to the end.
