Rules and Regulations

1. Proper swimming attire is required in the pool. do not wear denim outfit
2. pool users must shower first before swimming in the pool.
3. No eating, smoking alcohol drinks in the pool.
   
4. there is no lifeguard in the pool area. children must always be accompanied by an adult during swimming time and walking near the pool area.
5. All guests are advised ALWAYS TO SECURE ALL THEIR [PERSONAL BELONGINGS. the resort is not liable for any loss or DAMAGE of your belongings. 
6. no pets allowed. (Php 3,000 Penalty)
7. vandalizing or sticking paper, DOUBLE-SIDED tape, and other materials on the wall & ceiling is strictly not allowed. (Php 1,000 Penalty)
8. no smoking or vaping inside the bedrooms and in the toilets or bathrooms. (Penalty of (Php 1,000)
9. no food and drinks inside the bedrooms.
10. re-arranging of FURNITURE, appliances, and fixtures of the villa is STRICTLY prohibited.
11. handle the decoration inside the villa with care.
12. strictly no littering in the resort. kindly do your part by throwing all the trash in designated trash bins, including cigarette butts, candy wrappers, etc.
13. REPLACEMENT FEE OR REPAIR COST WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE DEDUCTED FROM THE DEPOSIT IN CASE The COST OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF ANY DAMAGED ITEM OR AREA IS MORE THAN THE SECURITY DEPOSIT, ADDITIONAL fEE IS REQUIRED TO COVER THE COST.
14. in case of unscheduled power interruption, the villa will supply a generator THAT can supply lights at the villa and 2 air-conditioned rooms only
15. toiletries are not included in the rental.
16. no person having an obvious disease, communicable disease, skin eruption, cut, sore or lesion, eye, ear, nose, or throat infection is permitted to use the pool.
17. management reserves the right to refuse admittance to or eject from the resort premises, any person failing to comply with the rules and regulations of the resort.
18. any broken, DAMAGED and missing items will be charged accordingly.
19. security deposit shall be forfeited if the villa is left in A total mess THAT is impossible to clean in 3 HOURS, vomit, food, or dirt floating in the pool, party decorations left behind, food stains on the wall and ceiling.
20. quiet time is 1:00 AM.
