Before they became a couple, Brian and Ruzzel were simply churchmates.

They knew of each other through the Parish Youth Ministry and Choir, where they often found themselves together during church activities, choir practices, and services. At that time, there was nothing particularly remarkable about their encounters. They were simply two people sharing the same community, the same faith, and the same familiar surroundings.

But sometimes, love begins long before anyone recognizes it.

As they continued to see each other, Brian gradually began to notice Ruzzel in a different light. What was once just an ordinary churchmate slowly became someone he found himself looking forward to seeing.

And somewhere between those familiar faces and ordinary moments, a feeling began to take shape—something more than just being churchmates.

Neither of them knew it then, but those simple encounters were quietly becoming the beginning of a love story.

2012 · When Churchmates Became More

What began as two churchmates sharing the same faith slowly grew into something more.

They started dating, and on November 3, 2012, Brian and Ruzzel officially became a couple.

It was the beginning of a journey that would take them through beautiful seasons, unexpected challenges, and countless moments that would make their love stronger.

They were young, in love, and just beginning to discover what it meant to choose each other.

And from that day forward, they would continue to write their story—one moment, one memory, and one year at a time.

2025 · The Sweetest Yes

Then came a year that would change everything.

During their first international trip together, they traveled to Taiwan to celebrate Ruzzel’s 30th birthday. And on February 14, 2025, surrounded by the joy of a new adventure and the love they had built over the years, Brian asked the question that would lead them to their next chapter.

Ruzzel said yes.

After years of love, laughter, and memories, they were finally one step closer to forever.

2026 · The Beginning of Forever

 And now, almost fifteen years of knowing each other, loving each other, and choosing each other, Brian and Ruzzel are ready to begin the most beautiful chapter of their story.

On November 21, 2026, the most awaited day of their lives, they will stand before God and the people they love and promise to spend the rest of their lives together.
