Our Love Story

Bernard and Aj were classmates in kindergarten and as they were tied to a family that knew each other wherein their grandmothers were best of friends. They would often bump at each other in family get togethers where they started endless talks under starry skies. As the years passed by, life changed and Bernard moved to the US. As new school brought new friends and a new environment, being apart, little did they know that their paths would cross again.

Fast forward, Aj met Bernard again at her grandmother's birthday party. That simple "Hi" was the game changer and led to late-night calls that stretched until sunrise. 

Soon, their days were filled with moments over video calls, countdowns to the next visit, and letters tucked inside care packages sent from the other side of the world. 

Every "good morning" for one was a "good night" for the other, but through love and loyalty, they made it work. They had their fair share of challenges, missed calls due to their busy schedules, the ache of longing when special moments passed without the other’s presence, and the doubt that sometimes arose. But they also had their magic, surprise deliveries of each other's favorite treats, and the deep trust that no matter the distance, their love was real and made to last.

After eight years of being in different countries and airport reunions that felt like scenes from a movie, Bernard made the biggest leap and proposed to AJ. It wasn't an easy journey, but love had always been their compass. And as they stood hand in hand, fingers intertwined, they knew: that no distance had ever been too great for their hearts to find their way back to each other.
