ladies: Elegant maxi dresses or sophisticated midi dresses in soft, breathable fabrics. Avoid overly casual sundresses.

Dressy sandals or closed-toe flats

(no high heels if walking on sand).

Gentlemen: Light-colored linen or cotton suits with an optional dress shirt (no need for ties).

A relaxed blazer can be added for a formal touch

Dress shorts or light trousers.

Loafers, boat shoes, or dress sandals

(no flip-flops).

Beach Formal / Resort Chic

ladies: Flowy dresses (maxi, midi, or knee-length) in soft blues, beige, or cream. Floral or abstract prints in beachy hues are welcome. Breathable fabrics like chiffon, linen, or cotton.

Flat sandals, espadrilles, or wedges (no stilettos due to the sand).

Gentlemen: Linen or cotton button-down shirts in oceanic hues or

neutral tones.

Dress shorts or light trousers in beige, sand, or pastel blue.

In celebration of our special day, we kindly ask that guests embrace a palette of soft and subtle tones. Please avoid black, dark colors, and white.

Kindly note that the bride will be the only one wearing white on this special day. We kindly ask guests to choose other colors for their attire. Thank you for understanding!

We are so excited to celebrate our wedding day with you! To ensure an intimate and enjoyable experience for everyone, we have reserved seating for each guest individually. We kindly ask that each invitation is for ONE (1) PERSON ONLY.

Please RSVP by April 7, 2024 to confirm your attendance.

We can’t wait to share this unforgettable day with you!
Is there parking space available for my car?

Yes, there are parking spaces available inside Cool Waves. However, please take note that it is first come, first served basis, so please allocate time for parking before the ceremony starts!
How far is the ceremony venue to the reception venue?

Since you hold great importance to us, we’ve made the decision to have our ceremony and reception venue be the same.
When is the appropriate time to leave?

This event took us months to plan, and we want to celebrate it with the people that are very dear to our hearts. We want you to have fun! Celebrate with us until the end of the program!
How can I help the couple have a great time during their wedding?
- Pray with us for favorable weather and the continuous blessings of our Lord as we enter this new chapter of our lives as husband and wife.
- RSVP as soon as your schedule is cleared.
- Dress appropriately and follow our wedding motif.
- Be on time.
- Follow the seating arrangement in the reception.
- Stay until the end of the program.

May I invite a "PLUS ONE" to the event?

As much as we would love to accommodate all our friends and family, we have a limited number of guests.

Please understand that this event is strictly by invitation only. Kindly check our invitation to know the number of seats allotted for you. Guests not found on the guestlist provided will not be allowed to enter.
Are kids allowed at the wedding?

We love little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We kindly ask that you make childcare arrangements, as kids are not allowed at the event.

To ensure an intimate and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we have decided to keep our celebration child-free.
What if I RSVP'd but cannot attend?

We would love to have you at our wedding, but we understand that there are circumstances beyond our control. However, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reallocate your seat/s.
Can I sit anywhere at the reception?

Please don't. It took us a lot of effort and discussion to finish the seating arrangement, which is planned for everyone's convenience and preference, but there is no need to worry! You'll surely be seated with your friends or people that you have same interest with.

Our coordinators will gladly assist you in finding your designated seat after registration. Feel free to ask them for assistance and they will gladly help you.
Am I allowed to take pictures and/or videos during the ceremony?

We request everyone to keep the ceremony camera-free. While our I Do’s are unplugged, our reception is not and definitely as a couple who loves pictures, you’ll get tons of options to take your pictures. We prepared for this event wholeheartedly.
