Somewhere between the twists and turns of life, their paths crossed. Perhaps it was not simply coincidence. Perhaps it was a beautiful plan written long before they ever knew each other. They found one another—the missing pieces to each other’s unfinished stories. And then, in 2019, God blessed them with a little girl. Me… I came into their lives like a tiny piece of a puzzle they never knew was missing. And somehow, the pieces that once seemed scattered finally began to fit together. I became the daughter my father could pour all the love he once longed to receive. I became the daughter my mother could embrace with the love she once received from her parents and carried with her through the years. The love that was once missed…The love that was once lost…

The love that was once wished for. Found its way to me. I became the little girl who inherited not only their names and features, but also their stories, their dreams, their strength, and most of all—their love. They taught me to dream without fear, to laugh without hesitation, to love without conditions, and to believe that even the hardest chapters can lead to something beautiful. Every hug from my father carries a story of a little boy who once wished to be held. Every embrace from my mother carries the tenderness of a daughter who once wished she could hold her parents again. And every time they look at me with love in their eyes, I see the beautiful continuation of everything they have been through. I am their answered prayer.

I am blessed because I was born from two people who know the value of love—not because their lives were perfect, but because they knew what it meant to live without certain kinds of love. They know the ache of something missing. They know the pain of saying goodbye. They know how precious it is to have someone who stays. And because they know these things, they made sure that I would never doubt that I am loved. And perhaps the most beautiful part of my story is knowing that the love my parents received from their own families did not end with them. It continued. It traveled through generations. The love of my father’s family became part of the love he gave me. The love of my mother’s parents became part of the love she poured into me. And now, I carry all of that love within me. I am a living reminder that love can survive loss.

That broken pieces can still create something beautiful. That an unfinished story can become a masterpiece. That what was once missing can someday become the very thing that makes a family whole. My parents may have come from different kinds of families, but destiny brought them together to create a family of their own. I became the missing piece of their puzzle. 

And now, I am seven.

Seven magical years of laughter, dreams, adventures, lessons, and countless moments wrapped in love. Seven years of being cherished, protected, and reminded that I am one of God’s greatest blessings. As I celebrate my 7 Enchanting Years, I look back at the little girl I was and smile at the wonderful journey that brought me here. I may be growing older, but I will always be the little girl who completed their puzzle—the little blessing who turned two unfinished stories into one beautiful family.

Seven years ago, God wrote my name into their love story.

Today, I celebrate seven enchanting chapters of being their greatest blessing.

And my story is only beginning. ✨🦋💗
