Brief History
The RCVE (Rotary Club of Valenzuela East) Induction and Handover Ceremony is a long-standing annual tradition that marks the formal transition of club leadership and the welcoming of new members. In Rotary tradition, these ceremonies typically take place between June and August to align with the start of the new Rotary year.
